Same here on Windows 10.
Usually around 15 minutes, by which time it"s often too late.
If the app is in a random/procedurally generated TEMP folder, like an updater unpacking something to "%TEMP%\2qwz3e2n.k5c\setup.exe", it does users no good to create a rule after the app has given up, because the next time the installer tries its routine again, it will unpack the setup files in a new, different folder.
