New Update 2.4.1 Still shows version 2.4.0 under Information Tab but newly downloaded installation Program Properties shows 2.4.1 Forum

Recently installed the 2.4.1 update but when I click on the Information Tab Under Settings, the program version is still 2.4.0. Which is correct? Additionally, the Free FIrewall Events window keeps popping up on the lower right corner of Windows 7 64 every time I close and open the program using the Free Firewall icon on my task Bar. Did the 2.4.1 update address this?

thank you for your feedback.
This is ansolutely correct. User interface program is unchanged and still version 2.4.0 and background service was changed to 2.4.1.

However, you did not comment on the events window popping up issue even though I have not checked "Display Events Window....." under the Settings Button under Presentation.
Is there any other way to prevent this from popping up every time the program is opened? This is rather annoying and the Events Window is rather large. Is there an option to shut this within one of files in the Program folder?
I would appreciate if you can try to fix this. People generally do not like windows popping up all the time without the option to shut this down. Otherwise, the is a very nice firewall program. Just needs a few modifications here and there.
