Free Firewall blocking Kaspersky Internet Security from updating
Hello there, i tried everything, allowed all the process related to Kaspersky Internet Security and still its failing to connect to internet to update the database. When i disable free firewall then its updating fine. Any help on this please?

Evorim is blocking Kaspersky Security Cloud from updating. As in Ricky"s case, updates work if the firewall is disable.
Ver. 2.5.6.
Kaspersky updates run when Free Firewall is in Gaming Mode.
However, Evorim"s explanation of Gaming Mode: "All notifications are disabled and games get network access", is less than clear. Notifications might be disabled but which other services and applications besides besides games get networking access? In other words, how exactly is Gaming Mode different from Enabled mode?

Free Firewall still blocking Kaspersky Cloud from updating. Additionally, it blocks Kaspersky"s user registration/account login during the initial setup. It blocks Kaspersky"s extension in web browsers too. Basically, Internet access is blocked for every module of the Kaspersky cloud.
